I completed my original Feldenkrais training in Berkeley California in 1997. My fascination with the Method led me to undertake a second Feldenkrais training in The Netherlands with Mia Segal, the first student of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, which I completed in March 2003.

Before becoming a practitioner I studied Art History and worked for many years as an organiser of Feldenkrais training programs and professional development programs for Feldenkrais practitioners and other professionals.

In addition to my Feldenkrais training, I have also been trained in Eriksonian Hypnotherapy and I am currently studying the Rosen Method.

My own experience of a serious accident not only led me to the Feldenkrais Method, but has helped me understand the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of injury, recovery and rehabilitation.

In my practice, I have specialized in working with adults and children with complex to severe neurological issues, people recovering from trauma, people with pelvic floor issues and scoliosis, and people with chronic pain, including Repetitive Strain Injuries.

I live in Emeryville, I love swimming and hiking and I am passionate about in utilizing the holistic perspective of the Feldenkrais Method towards integration of the whole person - within themselves and in their environment.
