Feldenkrais® Classes for Kaiser Permanente Members

Kaiser Health Education Department sponsors Awareness Through Movement® classes for its members at a reduced rate. Many people find these classes a good way to start or continue to benefit from the Feldenkrais Method.

Pre-enrollment and prepayment are required. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. To register please call Kaiser Health Education Department at 415-833-3450. Call the Feldenkrais Center for Movement Education at 415-826-3680 for further information. Our current class series:

• Meet on Thursdays, 6:30 to 7:30 pm, for a 6 week series of 6  classes.
