Sounder Sleep System® Workshop with Kathy Flock, GCFP

The Sounder Sleep System® utilizes gentle, pleasurable movement and breathing techniques to support deeper, more restful, more satisfying sleep. Whether you suffer from insomnia, anxiety, excessive muscular tension, or other stress-related symptoms, the Sounder Sleep System® is a practical, powerful tool for self-healing.

This workshop serves as an introduction to this effective approach. Techniques taught in sitting help you reduce arousal in your nervous system during the day. Use them in combination with techniques in a reclining position to help you fall asleep, or easily get back to sleep, if you awaken during the night. Mats provided, byo pillow if you wish.

Sounder Sleep® Monthly Classes with Kathy Flock, GCFT

Mondays: 6:30 - 8:00 pm: Monthly drop in class.
There are no more monthly classes in 2011. We are working on our 2012 Sounder Sleep School® program.
Cost: $20 per class.

Brush up on your sleep techniques so that you can practice with confidence and ease.

Keep yourself familiar with the techniques you've learned and confident about practicing them on your own. Newcomers welcome. Relax and unwind, leave deeply satisfied and ready for a good night's sleep.

Relax and revisit. This verbally guided review helps you practice tried and true sleep techniques with greater confidence. Recall techniques you may have forgotten. Sink deeply into yourself and leave ready for a good night's sleep! Each session highlights two to three techniques, from our system of NightTamers, DayTamers, and Guided Natural Breathing. Newcomers are welcome. Please see classes and workshops for a complete introduction to the system itself. Mats provided, bring your own pillow if you wish.
