Kwan Wong

I teach a weekly Awareness Through Movement class on Sundays at 11:00 am and offer individual Functional Integration lessons.

I am interested in helping my students to establish a regular practice, using the Feldenkrais Method to explore the mind-body connection and as a self-improvement tool, transforming both physical and mental limitations to lead a more fulfilling life.  I work with people with chronic pain, lower back issues, neurological conditions, TMJ, and also with musicians and singers to improve their performance and body awareness.
