Current Programs
Here is some basic information about our current programs:
Ongoing Weekly Public Feldenkrais Classes
Awareness Through Movement classes at 98 Chenery Street, corner of Randall. All classes are drop-in, one hour and cost $15.
- Monday 5:00 pm: General class for all levels of experience, with Deborah Bowes
- Tuesday 12:00 noon: For beginners and people with physical challenges, with Cliff Smyth
- NEW CLASS: STARTING APRIL 24. Tuesday 7:15 pm: General class for all levels of experience, with Julie Casson Rubin
- Wednesday 6:30 pm: General class for all levels of experience, with Deborah Bowes or Cliff Smyth
- Thursday 10:00 am: Advanced class, with Deborah Bowes
Classes at the Jewish Community Center, 3200 California, at Presidio.
- Monday 1:00 pm, with Cliff Smyth
- Wednesday 1:00 pm, with Kathy Flock.

Saturday and Sunday June 2 & 3, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
$200 until May, 19, $275 after May 19.
This workshop is also suitable for members of the public who are interested in an in-depth experience of this approach to insomnia and the stress of life. - An Urban Retreat: Mindfulness Meditation and Feldenkrais®

Saturday June 9, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. $60 recommended fee.

Our staff
Our Feldenkrais staff includes Deborah Bowes, Julie Casson-Rubin and Cliff Smyth, as well as Abby Miller and Kathy Flock. They are all available for individual Functional Integration Sessions.
