Being aware is key to so many things – how you can move more comfortably and efficiently, how you show up and present yourself in the world, what trips you up and how to move in the direction you want.

Feldenkrais Method, and the other practices taught at the Center, all promote the ability to have a stronger, non-judgmental, present-moment awareness of your body, your movement, your breathing, your feelings – which is the basis of having more choice in your life.

Moshe Feldenkrais said,  “If you know what you are doing, you can do what you want”.

Being able to attend to how you feel is an essential skill for self-awareness, self-care, self-management, and self-realization.
